yes ladies and gentiles it's back, it's baaack. water color, pastel, airbrush, a lot of photo shopping fixing up and way too much time on my hands.
this image also is an unfortunate leftover from 1999.

back in 2001 i started this with water colors a photo and no inspiration whatsoever.
self portraits of me are ok but i rather be doing someone else in portraits.
this was gussied up in layers (all the variations) airbrushed to hide the flaws ( i hope ) and despeckled.

humm, there's something wrong with my nose, it's sliding off my face. :D
you can say that this year so far other than sculptures which still need to be finished is starting off with some "backwash"
i've gone a bit more blind and trying to get my leverage. (so stay tuned this should be HILARIOUS!)
